About Us
Because we have been bankers, business owners and financial managers, we have a unique perspective and a set of skill levels other turnaround professionals lack. Can we turn all companies around?  Quite simply – no.  Some businesses should not continue.

We are very straight forward in our analysis and our recommendations. This is not to be offensive or abrasive, but we are blunt in a very professional manner. This is done since timing is your most valuable resource and the loss of time “sugar coating” everything hampers your progress. If we cannot see a viable turnaround, we will work hard to make sure your personal wealth is protected as much as possible.

Our plan is to take on the relationship with major stakeholders, including banks and trade suppliers, so that you and your management team and key employees can return to your business focus – sales, customers, profitability and cash flow.

As an owner, you have personal ties to your business – and this is not just money. Your heart is likely attached to your business and you identify yourself with it. We respect this, but at the same time, we are objective enough to be honest on what the future will or might hold. This enables you to make the best decisions, not only about the business, but about you and your family.

  About You
Most web sites have the typical “about us” sections, but we need to make sure we know “about you”.  If we are going to team together to make things better, we need to make sure you are ready to make choices that will lead to the greatest success.
You must be totally honest with us with information.

This is not a time to withhold anything. We also have ethics and morals clauses in our agreements, so if you have or plan to recover using less that honest methods – we are not the company for you.

You must be patient since the time it took to get into the current situation will likely take 3-5 (or more) times longer just to recover. You need to be open to all options even ones that may cause more short term pain.

You need to know that we are not miracle workers and despite creating a sound recovery plan, failure (however measured) may still occur. This can and is likely caused by deviation from a recovery plan or the decision by a major stakeholder not to provide sufficient recovery time or changes in its decision to participate in a recovery plan.
